Extremely happy customers! We called Matthew with Concept Painting LLC to get a quote for our home to be repainted, both inside & out. We decided to call Concept because several of our neighbors have used them and were delighted with the results. Owner & operator, Matthew Schneider, came out and walked the house with us. He was extremely professional and very thorough. He gave great advice and explained the entire prep & painting process. The price he quoted was very fair, and we were happy to schedule the work. No payment was required until we did the final walkthrough, and we were 100% satisfied. We are absolutely thrilled with the result of the painting. The quality of work is excellent, and the whole process was extremely pleasant. It's nice to do business with good, honest people who provide fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend Matthew and Concept Painting for anyone who wants high-quality work at a fair price *and* completed with impeccable customer service. When searching for a local painter there are a few standards I have since I used to paint. Matt and crew far exceeded my expectations. They were professional, thorough, and made sure every detail was executed beyond our imagine. We hired concept painting for our exterior and they made our home look brand new again. They fixed wood rot/replaced boards, primed every inch facia board, and made sure there wasn’t any imperfections after they were done. Concept painting made our front wood doors look brand new again by their extensive prep, stain and seal process. They are passionate and ensure customer satisfaction.
